Is Travel to the U.S. Possible for Iranians?

As of the last training cut-off, Iranians can apply for visas to travel to the U.S.. However, the U.S. Travel Ban, also known as the Presidential Proclamation 9645, classified Iran as one of the countries whose nationals are restricted from entering the U.S., though waivers and exemptions can be applied for on a case-by-case basis.
