I am a seasoned Immigration Specialist/Paralegal with a unique journey that spans across corporate marketing and immigration services. Originally hailing from Shanghai, China, I began my professional career as a marketing specialist of Oakley China in the vibrant corporate landscape of Shanghai.

A decade ago, my life took a transformative turn when I relocated to the United States. Embracing the challenges of a new environment, I made a seamless transition into the immigration field. Over the past 10 years, I’ve called various cities in both China and the U.S. my home, cultivating a rich and diverse professional background.

My expertise lies in case management and client services within the realm of immigration, with a particular focus on investor visas, employment-based visa petitions and temporary work visa applications. I’ve honed my skills working with leading immigration firms in both China and the U.S., providing invaluable assistance to clients from Asia, Europe, and South America.

In the last 5 years, I’ve achieved significant milestones in handling immigration cases, particularly excelling in E-2, EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases. My success in serving a diverse clientele is a testament to my proficiency in navigating the complexities of immigration processes. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, I bridge cultural and linguistic gaps to ensure seamless communication with clients from various backgrounds.

Being an immigrant myself, I am passionate about facilitating the dreams of individuals seeking to build their lives and careers in a new land. Whether guiding through the intricacies of visa applications or strategizing for employment-based petitions, my commitment to excellence remains unwavering.

I firmly believe that each case is not just a legal process but a story of ambition, perseverance, and a new chapter in the lives of those I have the privilege to assist.

How may an attorney help me?

In the United States a person may represent themselves before any court, this is called “pro se” representation. US immigration laws are extremely complex and constantly changing. Even the smallest inadvertent mistake on the application can delay an applicant for years or even result in the denial of their case. A competent attorney can help you determine whether you qualify for the program to which you are applying as well as assist in gathering and producing evidence to support your application. An attorney can also accompany you in your interview as well as prep you beforehand using mock interviews, so you know what to expect and are prepared. An attorney could also appeal any denial of an applicant to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and further to the Circuit court of Appeals all the way up to the Supreme Court.
