A CR6 Green Card is a Permanent Resident Card issued to an immigrant spouse of a U.S. citizen. It’s granted following the approval of an I-130 Petition for Alien Relative filed by the U.S. citizen, and signifies a conditional resident status. This status is valid for two years, after which the holder must apply to have the conditions removed.
